Built for the people who keep homes running
HomeOps started with a simple observation: the people managing households—coordinating chores, meals, shopping, and home records across multiple family members—were doing it across scattered notes, group chats, and memory alone. We set out to build the command center they deserved.
Our story
We noticed that every household has an invisible operations layer—someone (or several someones) juggling who picks up the kids, what's for dinner, whether the furnace filter was replaced, and where the warranty for the dishwasher lives.
Existing tools weren't designed for this. Project management apps felt like work. Shared notes lacked structure. Group chats buried the important stuff under memes and side conversations.
HomeOps was built to fill that gap: a mobile-first, shared workspace where chores become routines with owners, meal plans become grocery lists, and home records stay one tap away. No gamification, no guilt, no complexity—just a calm, clear dashboard that helps households run smoothly.
What we stand for
Calm over chaos
We believe household management should reduce stress, not add to it. Every feature is designed to make the next step feel manageable and non-judgmental.
Clarity at a glance
Who’s responsible, when it’s due, where it lives—no digging required. We make ownership and timing unambiguous so nothing falls through the cracks.
Respectful sharing
We treat every household member as an equal partner. Our language, permissions, and nudges are collaborative—never blaming, never nagging.
Practical by default
We prioritize real household outcomes over novelty. Fast creation, smart defaults, lightweight templates—done in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes.
Join us in making households calmer
Whether you're managing a household of two or a full family, HomeOps is here to lighten the load.
