What happens if my household grows beyond the member limit?
On the Family plan, you can add members beyond 6 for $1.50/member/month. On other plans, consider upgrading to a tier that fits your household size.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure in the Home Info Vault?
Yes. Documents in the vault are encrypted at rest. On the Family and Pro plans, you also get access controls so you can decide who in your household can view sensitive records.
Do you offer annual billing?
